Professional Bio

Juan Ruiz On ProductionJuan Ruiz has been working in video production since 2011 with a primary focus on cinematography. Juan first starting working with OneRiver Media in 2013 and has been evolving ever since.

His on-set experience varies from working on multi-million dollar television sets, to smaller independent film productions. He’s worn many hats in the production world and since then, has developed his skills into many aspects of production and post-production. This has allowed him to further develop his skillset at OneRiver Media, including his day-to-day use of the Adobe Creative Suite.

Juan has extensive experience working with many cameras, including those from Blackmagic Design, the Canon 5D Mk II and Mk III, the Canon 7D, the Canon C300, the RED Epic, and the Phantom high speed 4K cameras. His production experience also includes being a Key Grip and Gaffer on dozens of productions.
